Kitchen Renovation in Stafford County, VA

Aquia Construction replaced my wooden deck with composite and I absolutely love it! Professional customer service and quality workmanship!

I was deeply impressed by the remarkable level of care invested in every single stage. The experience felt thoughtfully developed, creating a lasting sense of confidence and comfort throughout. The final outcome was exceptional and genuinely deserving of recognition.

Aquia Construction is awesome. They turned our old and decrepit garage into a place I actually want to spend time in. They were fast and professional. Omar took extra time to walk us through what needed to be done and what didn’t, rather than charging us an arm and a leg for things that didn’t need done. I can’t recommend them enough! The pictures speak for themselves.

They did a great job replacing our bay window! Punctual, respectful and fabulous work.

I had a great experience working with Omar and his team. Aquia Construction is very professional and responsive, and Omar is very personable to work with. Strongly recommend go with this contractor.

We had Omar and his team remodel our entire lower level, and the experience could not have been better. They leveled our entryway, added insulation, built new walls, painted, and even transformed our old wet bar into a much-needed pantry. Omar is truly one of the nicest people you will ever meet—he treated us like family from start to finish. His communication was excellent, always checking in on his crew’s progress and pointing out things we might want to consider along the way. He goes above and beyond with finishing touches and has extremely high standards for his team’s work. What stood out the most was the care he put into the final details—making sure everything was clean and polished so that our new space was ready to enjoy the moment they finished. We are so grateful for the work Omar and his crew did and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor who combines skill, integrity, and genuine care for his clients.

Omar and the Aquia Construction, LLC team are first class. Our family worked with them on a roof replacement. From estimate to completion Omar was available to answer all questions, work with our insurance company and quickly deliver an expert roof installation. I fully recommend Aquia Construction and look forward to giving them more work.

Omar Vasquez was a delight to work with. Our project was done in a timely manner. His workers showed up when expected and worked hard all day. Our deck is beautiful and the repairs made to our existing porch were just what our home needed. We will be calling him again to do more work in the future. Highly recommend!

Built a ground level deck in my backyard. Excellent work! Professional and fair priced. Would definitely recommend and would call again for future projects!

Absolutely amazing work! Built a platform deck for a hot tub, fair prices and extremely professional! Would highly recommend and would use them again!

I had a floating vanity improperly installed. Aquia did all in their power to get me in quickly and then fixed the issue. Omar and his team was responsive, professional and all I could ever ask for. Throw in that the price was beyond reasonable and I could not be happier. I will have Aquia Construction out for more projects

I am so happy we went with Aquia Construction. The bathroom we had done was tiny, they did a perfect job. So professional and it was completed on time. We will be using them in all future projects. They are trustworthy and that’s a big deal for contractors!!!

Aquia Construction was a delight to have work on our home renovation project. Initially we thought it would be a much larger lift, however, they were able to ease our minds and explain how everything would work. They facilitated everything in an organized manner which ultimately made it easy and simple as home owners. We highly recommend utilizing their services and plan to again in the future with more projects to come! Thank you again, Omar, you’re professionalism is unmatched!

OMar and his team were amazing. I posted in Friends of Aquia and I immediately got a response. When I called them, they answered the phone!!!!! He came the same day and gave me a very fair quote. Within a couple days he was out and repaired my fence. He sent pictures right away. I would highly recommend Omar and Aquia Consteuction. If you are a home owner that lives in another state, it is so comforting to know someone you can trust to treat your property as their own.

I have been very satisfied with Aquia Construction LLC, we’ve been in the area for a pot 5 years now and have always had problems with other contractors. Either we were over charged or not happy with the quality of work. That has not been the case for Aquia Construction. Omar is very personal and takes pride in all of his work even going above and beyond with little details like Channing mismatch outlets at no charge.

Aquia construction saved the day! I had a semi emergency situation, windstorm blew siding from my home. I immediately thought of Omar and his crew. Why? Because he can be trusted to get the job done right and within budget. Trust is hard to come by, and Omar gained mine on a previous project, rebuilding a back deck. For this project, Omar and his crew worked in freezing temps to put new siding all over my home, which required major improvements including new plywood siding and wrapping the home properly for insulation and weather. Now my home actually feels warmer, and looks like a new home! I know there are other companies out there, but what price can you put on trust? Highly recommend.
